As your appointments are very important to us, we have now updated our cancellation policy to provide better and more efficient service to all our clients.
We take your appointment as a verbal contract and it is reserved especially for you. For this reason, please understand, that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. We respectfully ask that if you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact us ASAP to avoid any charges.
We may require a deposit to be paid for some services. You will be advised of this when booking online, over the phone or in person in the salon.
Since our services are reserved for you personally, if an appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice then you will lose your deposit, if this has been paid. Alternatively, a 50% cancellation charge will apply or this amount will be added to your next appointment bill.
Please be aware that an unattended appointment will be classed as a ‘no show’ and a 50% fee will also apply or will be added to your next appointment bill. If you are unable to attend your appointment on time, you may have to wait for the next available stylist – the charge for the original stylist you booked in with may still apply.
